Deciduous trees, generally lose their foliage in autumn and regrow during spring. Many deciduous trees are grown for their different autumn foliage colour. As the leaves age and fall off they can change from varying shades of green to reds, oranges, yellows and brown before they fall off. Many Deciduous trees also flower whilst they are leafless making a more stunning impact with flowers covering barren stems and branches.
