Mad Hatter is never out of flower. The flowers cover the bush up and down the stems. The flowers are not large but many cover the bush. Can be used as low borders or hedges along garden beds and as a ground cover. Does not seem to attract any pests or disease in most garden situations. Grow in little to no frost. Will grow 25cm height x 30cm wide. In shady areas it will grow a bit higher as it reaches for light. Can be pruned to shape, it is better to remove little and often. Requires well drained but moist soil. Fertilising in Spring and Autumn with slow release fertiliser is beneficial.
